The Delft Brewers love beer and good food. Chefs and brew masters are friends, so with a nice beer comes a full belly, a hearty lunch or a great dinner. Whether you drop by spontaniously and stay longer than expected or you come for an evening meal with all the trimmings. Our chefs cook with the seasons in mind and opt for local produce. Our vegetables and herbs are grown locally, our meat comes from the organic butcher shop “De Groene Weg” in Rotterdam and we only use the most sustainable fish. The sourdough bread comes from Delft’s very own “Mr. Leffers” and Firma van Buiten makes our mouth watering sweet treats. Western European and above all Delft’s tastiest.
